First Evaluation in China of the NDB-financed Luoyang Metro Project
The Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the New Development Bank (NDB) convened a knowledge sharing stakeholders’ seminar to discuss the evaluation’s results and lessons of the Luoyang Metro Project financed by NDB. The seminar, held on 1 February 2024 in Beijing, China, witnessed the participation of a diverse group of over 180 stakeholders.
