Senior Management

NDB President is the Chief of the operating staff of the Bank and she conducts, under the direction of the Directors, the ordinary business of the Bank.

Mr. Vladimir Kazbekov, as Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for Operations as well as the regional offices of the NDB.

Mr. Anil Kishora, as Vice-President and Chief Risk Officer, is responsible for Economic Research, Risk Management, Strategy and Partnerships.

Mr. Zhou Qiangwu, as Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration and Corporate Communications.

Mr. Monale Ratsoma, as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the Treasury and Portfolio Management as well as the Finance Budgeting and Accounting functions.
