Zhou Hanmin currently serves as the Standing Committee Member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, President of the Shanghai Institute of Socialism, President of the Shanghai Branch of All China Association of Vocational Education. Previously, Professor Zhou has served as Deputy Chief Commissioner of Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Government, Deputy Director General of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Committee of CPPCC, Vice Chairman of China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA) and Chairman of Shanghai Committee of CNDCA. For the past three decades, Professor Zhou has been devoting himself to the teaching and research of international economic law, international trade law, the development and opening-up of Pudong New Area and etc.
