Mr. Fulin Wu

Wu Fulin, Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of China, holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Fudan University. Dr. Wu first worked in China Foreign Exchange Trade System, and then joined China Everbright Bank where he successively served as General Manager of the Planning and Treasury Department, President of Kunming Branch and President of Shenzhen Branch. He later became General Manager of the Strategic Planning Department, Deputy General Manager and Chief Economist of China Everbright Group Limited. After that, he successively served as Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Bank of China, Vice Chairman and President of the Export-Import Bank of China. Dr. Wu also served as Vice Chairman of China International Finance Society.
