Mr. Bo Zhang

Mr. Bo Zhang is Deputy Director General of the Center for Evaluation of the World Bank Loan Projects, Ministry of Finance of China since his appointment in July 2021. From 2016 to 2021, he successively served as director in the General Office and the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance. He transferred to the General Office of the National Council for Social Security Fund and served as director during 2017 and 2019. Mr. Zhang obtained his PhD from School of Finance, Renmin University of China.
