Bin Han is Director General of the Private Sector and Non-Sovereign Guaranteed Transactions Department, New Development Bank. He served as Deputy Director General of the Department of International Financial Cooperation of the Ministry of Finance and has worked in government organizations such as the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the PPP Center of the Ministry of Finance for more than 20 years. He has experience in various fields such as financial reform, sovereign debt management and development cooperation. From 2011 to 2014, he was Alternate Executive Director for China at the World Bank Group in Washington. Mr. Han holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics of China, and an MBA from Cranfield University of UK.
