On May 13, 2026, H.E. Mrs. Dilma Rousseff, President of the New Development Bank, met with H.E. Mr. Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation. The meeting took place in Moscow ahead of the Bank’s 11th Annual Meeting, which is being held under the theme “Development Financing in an Era of Technological Revolution”.
