In an era driven by rapid scientific and technological advancements, access to Science, Technology and Innovation (STI), as well as creative solutions to overcome constraints in infrastructure, financing and human resources are pivotal to the sustainable development of NDB member countries and EMDCS at large. This seminar aims to explore how advancements of STI in various sectors drive development and how development finance can better support STI access and development for countries in the Global South. It brought together business leaders and experts to discuss how STI and successful business models can support infrastructure and sustainable development in NDB member countries. It also explored the role of NDB in advancing STI-enabled infrastructure and fostering collaboration through knowledge exchange, business partnerships, and innovation-driven investment.
