Xian Zhu is the Vice President and Secretary General of the International Financial Forum. Xian Zhu has served as Vice President of the World Bank and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the New Development Bank. Xian Zhu graduated from Peking University in 1982, and was selected as Heinz Fellow and studied at University of Pittsburgh in the United States.
