As part of her visit to India, H.E. Mrs. Dilma Rousseff, President of the New Development Bank, visited Infosys’ Bengaluru campus, where she met with senior leaders overseeing responsible AI, banking, and governance operations.
They discussed the role of IT in multilateral banking, focusing on how digital technologies streamline processes between development banks and client countries.
President Dilma Rousseff praised Infosys’ journey as a testament to India’s thriving IT sector and its global impact on digital transformation and innovation. She also recognised the company’s contributions to technology-driven governance, including digital platforms for tax administration and revenue mobilisation.
The visit concluded with a tour of the campus.
