Chao Sun joined IEO in March 2023 as a Senior Professional in evaluation methods.
Chao started his career at NDB in November 2018 as a member of the Internal Audit Department, where he focused on evaluating and improving the controls, business processes, risk management and governance practices of NDB. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers with around ten years of risk assurance and audit experience in both China and the United Kingdom. Chao is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and a BAR member of the Ministry of Justice of China. He graduated from the Peking University with dual degrees in Law and Economics, and obtained a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
