Fariha Ahmed, an Indian national, joined the IEO as Evaluation Partnerships and Capacity Development Specialist in January 2023. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in partnerships, stakeholder management, government liaison, and capacity development. She has established strategic partnerships with various entities including the Government, Corporates, Financial Institutions, Multilateral Development Banks, UN Organizations, and other key stakeholders.

Previously, she served as the Head of Partnerships and Corporate Communications at the Indian Chamber of Food and Agriculture (ICFA), where she orchestrated various stakeholder management initiatives, led comprehensive policy analysis and advocacy campaigns. She facilitated high-level engagements between ICFA members and key stakeholders, resulting in substantial growth in the chamber’s membership.

She has curated global policy dialogues and trade events, fostering international collaboration and partnerships. She has contributed to various publications and articles, and has brought out special coverage on countries’ agricultural, trade and cooperation with the support of foreign ministries. She holds a master’s degree in Management with a specialization in International Business, and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature.
